Gene Levine is a minor character in the series, who works for different odd jobs.
Appearance[]
He is a tan skinned middle-aged man, with brown receding hair and goatee and wears in a dark green jumpsuit, and brownish gloves and boots.
Personality[]
Gene is easygoing and friendly, and he takes any odd job with pleasure. However, at times he can be absent-minded like forgetting something, before remembering such afterwards. He can also be cowardly and doesn't like taking risks, leaving Viceroy behind instead of saving the scientist.
Although generally nice, Gene can be offended if his jobs are disregarded, as seen in "McNinja - Brought to You by McFist". However, he is still quick to apologize upon knowing he is in the wrong.
History[]
He first appears in "Monster Dump" as an exterminator that was called by Viceroy to dispose of alliance the "disgusting and useless blobs" which Viceroy had created. He takes all of the blobs to Mount Chuck, including Nicholas, by accident. He is upset when Viceroy threw away his contract since it is important to him. He helps to lower Viceroy down to the volcano to save Nicholas, but when his rope breaks, Gene leaves instead of saving him.
In "On the Poolfront" he builds, for the first time, an outdoor pool for the Weinermans that Mort Weinerman ordered. While on the phone, Howard has little patience with Gene, who keeps getting into Howard's business. In the end, Mort loses the money needed to build the pool, and Gene destroys it.
He is seen owning a pawn store on the Norrisville Boardwalk, as revealed in "Bro Money Bro Problems". Throughout the episode, he receives weapons from both McFist Industries and the Ninja. He is later seen in Randy and Howard's music video as a DJ.
In "McNinja - Brought to You by McFist", he is one of Ninja's sponsors. He becomes furious with the other sponsors when Howard tells them the Ninja no longer needs them, causing Gene and the other sponsors to get stanked. After the sponsors are all destanked, Gene apologizes to the Ninja on behalf of his fellow merchants that adults like them sometimes get worked up and they should've controlled themselves. He and his fellow sponsors get onto a car, but they all get uncomfortable with the smokebomb's smokes.
Principal Slimovitz hires Gene to remove all of the Cake Fries batter in "Let Them Eat Cake Fries". Unfortunately, Gene gets clamped by the Clamp Gun Howard uses, so he is clamped onto a wall for the rest of the episode.
He also helps the Cunningham family with moving to their new house in "Ball's Well That Friends Well".

- He shares his voice actor with McFist, as well as the Robo-Apes and Father McFist.
